FAQ

What it the ordering procedure ?

Kindly send us your design, sizes and quantity, we will then send you a quote to confirm, and we will send you a digital proof next for approval before the bulk productions

Is there any limitation on size?

There is no limitation of the size, we will follow your needs when available, however, do note that, the bigger the size, the higher the size will be.

How long does it take for the production?

It usually takes 12 - 15 working days after the proof approval. *Large quantity and special add on might take extra 2-3 days

Can we do the sample first?

For order over 300pcs, we can make free sample for approval after 50% of deposit. (Signature only on quotation for business customers)版期：12 – 15天

For order below 300pcs, we don't normally make samples, but we make digital proof to confirm before it starts.收取$hk150的起版費，確認大貨後會退回50% ($hk75)的費用。

* 如起版後需要再更改設計, 會按修改的程度而收取$300 – $500的修改費用

** Colours can changed for free in bulk production

Is there any specific requirement for the Artwork file?

我們接受PDF, PDF, PNG, JPG 檔案

一般情況下, 我們都會希望客人提供矢量圖文件檔e.g. .AI, 因為這樣可以減少在製作圖稿出現的失誤。如有實在無法提供AI檔, 請盡量提供高解像度的文件檔, 以方便我們製作圖稿 e.g. .PSD , PDF , PNG檔等
