Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

Services

The company only carries out the production and typesetting part, all designs, images, trademarks, fonts, etc., are provided by customers. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the design is copyrighted or used and can be used legally.

When the customer uses the company’s services, the customer needs to ensure that the printed matter does not contain any text, images, designs, trademarks, currency and banknotes or any copyright-protected works that are not authorized by the copyright holder; the customer needs to ensure that the printed matter does not infringe Any rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, publicity, privacy, not defamatory, politically, racially, sexually or religiously sensitive or defamatory of any third party, and have obtained all necessary authorizations or permissions to include third party material The work of the guest; the guest guarantees that all necessary permissions, rights and authorizations have been obtained to place an order and authorize the company to print the works; if necessary, the company will require the customer to produce the relevant authorization letter for verification.

If the content of the printed matter provided by the customer involves or is likely to involve defamation, invasion of privacy, counterfeiting, plagiarism, reproduction, infringement of intellectual property rights, indecent, obscene, infringement of any third party rights, currency and banknotes or violation of the laws in force in Hong Kong The company reserves the right to refuse printing of printed content, etc. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the company will not assume any responsibility to the user or any third party for the content of the printed matter.

The customer undertakes that if any person, group or organization violates the above terms of service with respect to (i) the customer; or (ii) any text, photos, images, graphics or other materials in the products printed by the company involve or Any form of action may involve defamation, invasion of privacy, counterfeiting, plagiarism, reproduction, infringement of intellectual property rights, indecent, obscene, infringement of any third party rights, currency and banknotes, or violation of the laws in force in Hong Kong, Any claim, notice or action will indemnify the Company and its directors, officers and employees for any damages suffered, including but not limited to related claims, losses, costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees. When the customer provides the image to the company, it also authorizes the company to use it for production purposes. The company will not be responsible for all matters related to copyright, infringement of intellectual property rights and legal liabilities.

Products will be based on the company’s color management standards. Except for printed products, other products will be based on Pantone C color, and printed products will be based on CMYK.

All products themselves have some degree of chromatic aberration. 5 – 10% color difference is the normal range, in the case of reasonable color difference, customers should not use this as a reason to request any reprint, discount or refund. The company will not accept any application. The company also has color management to maintain the color difference within a reasonable level and try to reduce the occurrence of color difference.

If the customer has any claim for an order, the company only accepts reprints or refunds the relevant payment, and the company is not responsible for any economic loss of the customer.
The company, Honor Label Ltd., has the final decision on whether to proceed with production.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
